PCR product DNA fragments ranging from 250 bp to 10 kb were isolated using the TOOLS Gel Extraction and PCR Cleanup Kit (ST-G01) from lanes 1, 2, and 3. The purified DNA obtained from a 40 µl eluate was validated using a spectrophotometer and further analyzed through electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel.Efficiency data #3
